“Kill myself for 4 months. Ha! Ha! Ha! I killed myself in the gym and proper diet. May cheat meals nang konti pero it’s like…
“Kasi nakita ko ‘yung katawan ni Derrick Monasterio. Eh ako ‘yung kontrabida niya, so gusto ko, mas nakakailang ‘yung kontrabida.
“So, I had more cuts than him. I had a better body than him, that’s for sure! Ha! Ha! Ha!
Kailan mo unang na-feel na sexy ka?
“Until this day, I don’t feel I’m sexy. Sinasabi n’yo lang, pero I don’t feel it. Medyo mahiyain kasi ako.
“Sexy is a symbol na my dad had before and I never thought that I will have it. I don’t think I have it.”
Pero merong days na parang feeling mo, ‘Wow, ang sexy ko ngayon!’ Kailan mo napi-feel ‘yung gano’n?
“I guess, I have to feel it on November 18 on the Bench show. Yes, I wanna feel sexy for that show for everyone.”
How do you take care of your body?
“My mom does. She gives me the proper diet when I go home. She makes food for me. I don’t really pick my food. I just know chicken, broccoli and veggies.
“‘Yun lang ‘yung alam ko, but she gives me different types of chicken, different types of vegetables. So, it’s all my mom.”
Ano ‘yung ginagawa mo sa gym para ma-maintain mo ‘yang katawan mo?
“A lot. I do a lot of heavy lifting and super sets and a lot of core workouts for the abs.”
Ulitin mo ‘yon. Super SETS, not Super SEX, ha?
“Super sets. SETS! Ha! Ha! Ha!”
Ano ‘yung super sets?
“More on no rest. Parang 3 different workouts. I can do like a chest press, back workout, tapos abs.
“Tapos, walang rest ‘yan. Siguro mga 10 seconds lang ‘yung puwede mong… para huminga ka lang.
“Tapos, paulit-ulit lang. 15 this, after this, diretso ka dito sa back workout, 15 reps, after that, diretso ka sa abs workout. Siguro, mga 50 to 100 reps and that’s no rest.”

“But it’s an hour lang. Kumbaga, tapos mo ‘yung workout mo in one hour or 45 minutes.”

“No, no. Parehas kami ni Papa (Gary Estrada), mabilis lang kami maligo.”

“My face because of the makeup sa taping.”

“Secret! All of them! Ha! Ha! Ha! I mean, I like models. Because I like Leonardo (DiCaprio) or Johnny Depp. I like models and my mom likes models too for me.”

“I will like rent out this whole hotel and get the rooftop for the girl and just like may mga violinist diyan, may buffet diyan.

“Of course. I wanna do a remake of Tag-araw, Tag-ulan (1992 movie of his dad Gary Estrada with Dina Bonnevie) because it was a breakout film for him and I believe na ang daming ganu’n dito sa Philippines right now.
“And I just wanna remake one of Papa’s classics. I hope Viva makes me do it. Kasi, it’s under Viva.”
Keri mo ba ang butt exposure?
“Depende sa material, depende sa sinong kasama, depende sa director, depende kung saan lalabas.
“But I’m game if it’s like for Metro Manila Filmfest or Cinemalaya or it’s gonna be one of the top movies to be shown. Sino ba ako para tumanggi?”

“And the only thing I’m focused on is being better acting-wise and being better as a person and more disciplined and more better with the press and with everyone.

“I don’t know. I like dating, getting to know people. As of now, I just like dating models because you know, I’m really focused on my job and my career.
“And still, I wanna be the leading man of GMA. So, I guess dating models is gonna be like me being Johnny Depp.
“I want people comparing me to those Hollywood stars because you know, I wanna be like them and I wanna upgrade the standard of leading men in GMA.”
How’s your sexlife?
“Oh, it’s been good! Ha! Ha! Ha! It’s been good. Maybe that’s why I’m happy. Ha! Ha! Ha!”
Anong feeling mo na bet na bet ka ng mga bading? Ang lakas ng appeal mo sa mga beks?
“Oh, it’s a blessing because if the… I don’t wanna call them gays. I wanna call them men who like men. Because you know what? I have a lot of friends that are gays and they’re really good.
“Sobrang talino nila and if they really like you and if they get their ano, ibig sabihin magaling ka. Magaling ka or you have it, you have the ‘it’ thing.
“So, you know what? I love you, guys. I mean, they watch my shows, they support me and I have nothing but love for the LGBT community.
“You know what? Make me one of you, guys. I love you, guys! With all my love and respect.”
Meron na bang nanligaw sa ‘yo na gay?
“No. Actually, they respect me that much that’s why I love them. I mean, I really respect gays who respect me.
“Kasi, they get to know me first and then when they get to know me, they know I love girls too much to do that. And I was brought up that way.
“And it doesn’t mean anything. It doesn’t mean I don’t like the LGBT community. I respect and love them and I have a lot of friends that are in the LGBT community.
“There’s nothing. They just respect me and I respect them back and I love them for the love they gave to me.”
What if may matanggap kang indecent proposal from gays?
“Oh, I’ve experienced that already. Yeah, that’s why I left. I left the network (Kiko was with ABS before he transferred to GMA).
“Well, indecent proposals, I don’t respond to it well. I mean, I turn it down with the utmost respect.
“Kumbaga, para walang mapahiya, para respectable at kumbaga, ‘Let’s not talk about it anymore.’ Parang alam mo ‘yon? Ganu’n ako. Parang, ‘Okay, let’s not talk about that anymore.’
“Lalayo na lang ako. Because you know what? I was brought up by mom to be respectful and very educated and I believe it’s the right way to do it.
“Kasi kumbaga, that indecent proposal for me is a ‘flattering’… kumbaga, sobrang gusto nila ako kaya nila ginawa ‘yon. But this is me, ‘Eto ako, hindi ko talaga kaya. So, I hope you understand.’
“But kumbaga, don’t deal with it with disrespect. I always deal with it with utmost respect in my heart because you know, I was brought up that way.”

“Yeah, I do that. In every way, magalang po talaga ako. I was brought up like that.”

“No, I’m really sorry. But I have a lot of friends though. You can be my friends. You can be my friend and I’ll tell you everything.”
